AEA Priority Managers bring extensive research and commercialisation experience to the program and are expertly placed to provide technical and specialist research commercialisation advice and support.
Through their work with universities, industry and investors, the priority managers play a central role in identifying investment opportunities for AEA. To do this, they work with industry and universities to identify partnership opportunities for potential AEA projects.
Priority managers also bring lived experience in innovation and research translation and commercialisation across the Australian Government identified priority areas for the economy (outlined in the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation (Priority Areas) Declaration 2023) and the AEA focus areas outlined in the AEA Annual Investment Plan 2025-26.
